- Clinic Hours:
- Monday-Friday: Patient Hours: 7:30 am-11:30 am&2:00 pm-6:30 pm
- Saturday: 7:30 am-10:30 am
- We are a walk-in based clinic

- A valid license in good standing to practice in Alabama
