Description
Reynolds Road Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join our full-service veterinary health team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care, perform wellness exams and vaccinations, interpret diagnostics, and educate clients on preventive care. You’ll collaborate closely with skilled technicians and support staff in a compassionate, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional pet care. Ideal candidates are compassionate, communicative, and committed to advancing animal health and client service.Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to companion animals, including wellness exams, diagnostics, treatment, and follow-up care.
Develop and implement individualized preventive care plans, including vaccinations, parasite prevention, nutrition counseling, and wellness screening.
Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as bloodwork, urinalysis, radiographs, and other imaging or laboratory procedures.
Conduct routine soft tissue surgeries (e.g., spay/neuter, mass removals) and dental procedures, including cleanings and extractions, with appropriate anesthesia and pain management.
Triage and manage urgent and emergency cases, stabilizing patients and formulating appropriate treatment plans or referrals as needed.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners about diagnoses, treatment options, prognoses, and at-home care, ensuring they feel informed and supported.
Maintain accurate, detailed electronic medical records, treatment notes, and prescription documentation in compliance with hospital protocols and regulations.
Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians, assistants, and front-desk staff to ensure efficient, coordinated patient care and a positive client experience.
Uphold high standards of patient safety, infection control, and hospital cleanliness in all areas of the clinic.
Participate in ongoing professional development, case discussions, and training to continuously build skills and contribute to a culture of learning within the hospital.
Small animal clinical medicine

Anesthesia and pain management
Veterinary dentistry and dental radiography

Certification or training in low-stress handling/Fear Free (preferred)
CPR/basic life support certification for veterinary professionals (preferred)
