Clinic hours: 7am to 5pm-availability needed 6:45am-5:30pm

As a four-doctor practice, we provide both primary and urgent care services for dogs and cats, backed by a wide range of diagnostics and treatments.

We’re currently looking for a Client Service Representative (Receptionist) to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for their experience with us-so a warm, professional, and detail-oriented approach is key.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm visits
- Greet and check clients in and out of the hospital
- Educate clients about products and services
- Collaborate with the medical team to support daily operations
- Process prescription refill requests (in-clinic and online)
- Retrieve and deliver lab results, referral reports, and past records to the team in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment
- Mentor and support fellow team members
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions
- Follow protocols and procedures with consistency and fairness
- Work independently and efficiently
- Basic math skills required
- Maintains punctual and reliable attendance
